Convenient Location and Amenities: We had a really comfy time staying at this place, just a stone's throw away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in had its own bathroom which was a plus! 🏖️

The apartment was well-equipped with location just next door to Newquay town centre, the beach, shops and restaurants and town center. It was marvellous close to the sea. Overall experience was comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at this holiday accommodation. The apartment was clean and spacious, with breathtaking views of the sea. We loved being within walking distance of beautiful beaches, like Lusty Glaze Beach and Perranporth. The location was also great, with shops like Tesco just around the corner. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and the on-site restaurant, The Colonial, was a delightful spot to enjoy a meal. We highly recommend staying here for a wonderful beach getaway.

The parking space was limited, and we had a negative experience with a rude note left on our car by a neighbor.

The apartment was huge and had two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. It was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to the beaches and town center. We also liked that it was conveniently located next to a Tesco, making it easy to grab any supplies we needed. The fact that it had its own car park was a bonus, as parking can be tight in this area.

There was scaffolding around the building during our stay, which obstructed the view of the sea. It was a bit unsightly and took away from the overall experience.
